Annual Service Schedule
Regular maintenance and servicing your holiday home is extremely important to ensure that all appliances are in safe working order and to prolong the life of your investment.
Some help and advice is available in the handbook supplied with your holiday home, but qualified engineers are required to undertake any work on gas appliances.

From 1st April, 2009, all engineers working on any gas installation or appliance must be registered with Gas Safe. Gas Safe is the new body appointed by the H.S.E. in place of CORGI, and it is responsible for administering the Gas Installation and Use Regulations. They can be contacted as below:

PLEASE NOTE: If you, or your park, sub-let your caravan holiday home, you may be seen as a "landlord" and by law will have to get your gas appliances and flues checked at intervals of not more than 12 months.
