Annual Service Schedule

Regular maintenance and servicing your holiday home is extremely important to ensure that all appliances are in safe working order and to prolong the life of your investment.

Some help and advice is available in the handbook supplied with your holiday home, but qualified engineers are required to undertake any work on gas appliances.

Westfield Caravans are able to offer a comprehensive 5 year service plan exclusively for holiday homes purchased from us.

The plan schedules a full holiday home service at the end of years 1, 2, 3 and 4. listed here are the checks our engineers will proform when a service is being carried out on your home.



Our exclusive warranty has been designed with customers' interests at heart. It offers peace of mind for holiday home owners for the duration of the warranty.

It is Westfield Caravans' policy to help add value to your investment. Through our excellent service and warranty, we can help you to maintain the condition of your holiday home and to protect against the expense of necessary repairs. Parts and labour are included in the plan and there are no hidden extra charges.

Interior
• Check/Lubricate all window locks/action
• Check Internally for any potential damp problems
• Check smoke alarm - replace battery
• Check CO alarm
• Check Fire Extinguisher
• Check all electrical sockets - test and secure
• Realign all interior doors - curtesy only
• Visual check on bathroom/showers etc top-up seals/mastics
• Check round worktop and kitchen sink

Exterior
• Check chassis - make recommendations
• Check/grease corner steadies
• Check/top-up as required all external panel seals
• Check/top-up as required all window seals
• Check/top-up as required roof edges and seals
• Check Sky Light for damage - make recommendations
• Clean out check joints and gutters - report any damage
• Check Lubricate all exterior door locks
• Full visual inspection - report condition

Water System
• Check operation of all taps/shower - make sure everything is secure
• Check tighten all joints internally and externally - where possible

Gas
• Full service on every appliance
• Check flues
• Check for leaks
• Central Heating balance system/bleed radiators/check and replenish antifreeze.
